Description

38 year-old mother of one, 5’11” tall, weighing 240 lbs. Immediately following her bilateral mastectomy, Dr. Armijo performed the first stage of breast reconstruction with the placement of tissue expanders.  Once the patient was expanded to her desired size, Dr. Armijo removed the tissue expanders and replaced them with permanent silicone gel SCX 800cc implants in conjunction with fat grafting to complete her reconstruction.  Patient opted not to proceed with nipple reconstruction.
