HOW DOES OUR DALLAS BOTOX® TREATMENTS WORK?
Our Dallas Botox® smooths wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the small groups of muscles that cause them. Injecting Botox® around the eyes and forehead blocks nerve signals and prevents the muscle contractions that cause wrinkles. After treatment, these muscles no longer become active when making a facial expression, resulting in a dramatic reduction in visible wrinkles in problem areas.
HOW ARE BOTOX® TREATMENTS IN DALLAS PERFORMED?
When administering his Botox® treatments in Dallas, ice or topical anesthetic cream may be applied to your skin to prevent discomfort (depending on your preference). Tiny amounts of Botox® are then injected into areas where dynamic wrinkles are present. Generally, these include the temples, forehead, and brow area. Many patients still choose Botox® to treat neck creases and smile lines at our surgery center in Dallas. Botox® appointments generally last between 15 minutes to half an hour, and you’ll be free to resume all of your normal activities immediately after your treatment. You won’t have to take time off work or rest after having Botox®.
