Description

Patient presented with a painful right capsular contracture approximately 10 to 12 years post bilateral breast augmentation by another surgeon. Patient desired to increase her breast size just a bit, from a full C to a D-cup. Dr. Armijo performed a right capsulectomy, bilateral breast implant exchange using Natrelle Inspira SCM (highly cohesive, moderate profile silicone gel) 600cc implants, as well as some fat grafting to her right breast upper pole, to achieve the patient’s desired look.
