Description

Immediately following the patient’s nipple sparing mastectomy by her breast surgeon, Dr. Armijo performed the first stage of reconstruction with the placement of tissue expanders. Once the patient was expanded to her desired size, Dr. Armijo removed the tissue expanders and replaced them with Natrelle Inspira SCF (highly cohesive, high profile silicone gel) 560cc implants, in conjunction with fat grafting to the upper poles of her breasts, to complete her reconstruction.
