Patient complained of loose, saggy skin and excess fat on her belly and back. Dr. Armijo performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), repairing her abdominal muscles to further flatten her tummy. He also did liposuction to her abdomen, flanks and full back, to help accentuate her waist and natural curves.
