40-year-old female. 5’1” tall, weighing 133 lbs. Patient presented with a personal history of breast cancer. Following bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and tissue expansion, the patient opted for Implant Based Reconstruction. Dr. Armijo used 480cc Ultra High Profile Silicone Gel implants and performed fat grafting to help soften the upper pole of the breast.
